I am deeply committed to supporting individuals who have experienced intimate partner violence (IPV), with a particular focus on narcissistic abuse. I am passionate about understanding the complex ways these experiences impact daily lives and overall well-being. My work centers on helping you reconnect with your sense of self-worth and gently reduce the weight of internalized shame that often accompanies these experiences.

One of the most damaging aspects of narcissistic abuse is its invisibility - both to outsiders and often to the people experiencing it. The manipulative and covert nature of this form of abuse can make it difficult to identify, leading many survivors to question their own perceptions and reality. Over time, it can significantly impact emotional, psychological, and even physical health, eroding a person's sense of safety, identity, and self-worth. â€‹

If you are feeling confused, exhausted, or like you have lost parts of yourself in a relationship that has left you questioning your reality, you are not alone - and you are not imagining it. Narcissistic abuse is real, and its effects can be deeply painful and disorienting. At Willowstead, you will find a safe and non-judgemental space to explore what you have experienced, reconnect with your sense of self, and begin to heal.
